BY CAR

“A4” Motorway, VICENZA EST (East Vicenza) exit:

At the first roundabout , take the left exit towards “RIVIERA BERICA” (Tangenziale, Verona, Padova), keep in the right lane and after about 1.8 Km, take the exit to “RIVIERA BERICA”, at the roundabout take the right exit to “RIVIERA BERICA” (Vicenza Centro, Longare), at the immediately following roundabout, take the right exit to “RIVIERA BERICA” (Tormeno). After about 0.5 Km, at the trafic lights (Hamlet of Santa Croce Bigolina) turn right and follow signs to “Lago di Fimon”. At the Tormeno traffic lights, go straight ahead and keep on the plain. After the village of “Torri di Arcugnano”, go past the "Bar Queen" and, at the roundabout, leave the road going to the “Lago” and take right towards “FIMON”. Follow the road at the foot of the hills until the village of Fimon, turn left (CAMPO SPORTIVO) and enter the road 300 m on the right, named “Via Valle dei Molini” (be careful, it's very narrow !!) it is FORBIDDEN FOR VEHICLES WEIGHTING MORE THAN 3.5 TONS, after about 1.5 Km take the downhill road, on the left.
You will pass a small group of houses (Angelina's house) and after about 200 m you will find a barrier across the road; park here: the house is about 100 m ahead. Just before the house, there is another small parking place. The road must be kept clear

At the first roundabout, take the right exit towards “RIVIERA BERICA” (Vicenza Est, Torri di Quartesolo), after about 4,5 Km, exit towards “RIVIERA BERICA” (Vicenza Centro, Longare), at the roundabout take the right road to “RIVIERA BERICA” (Tormeno). After about 0.5 Km, at the trafic lights (Hamlet of Santa Croce Bigolina) turn right and follow signs to “Lago di Fimon”. At the Tormeno Traffic lights, go straight ahead and keep on the plain. After the village of “Torri di Arcugnano”, past the "Bar Queen", leave the road towards the “Lago” and take right towards “FIMON”. BY TRAIN + BUS/COACH

Get off at Vicenza Railway Station.

Buy city bus (AIM) “intera rete” tickets , (on sale at the newsagent's or at the tobacconist's in the Station Hall or at the Automatic Ticket Machine outside the Station or at the AIM ticket booth, 100 m on the left, opposite the Station). Take the AIM City bus n° 13 in “Viale Roma”, 200 m ahead,opposite the Station. Get off at Fimon (NOT at Lago di Fimon terminus !). Enter “Via Valle dei Molini” and go along it for about 1.5 Km, then take the downhill road to the left .
You will pass a small group of houses (Angelina's house) and in about 200 m you will find a barrier across the road: the house is about 100 m ahead. It' s a nice walk of about 40 minutes; you will be able to experience the landscape, the atmosphere and the scent of Vicenza's Berici Hills. We hope you'll enjoy it in every season .

alternative option

Exit Vicenza Railway Station and walk to the left for about 200 m until FTV Coach Terminal, buy tickets there and take Linea 6 coach to PERAROLO; from there, near the Church, take the downhill road to Fimon (about 2 Km). Just after the Fimon Church, on the plain, turn left and, after about 20 m, turn right (Bar da Paolino); cross a short bridge and enter “Via Valle dei Molini” on the right. Go along it for about 1.5 Km, then take the downhill road to the left .
You will pass a small group of houses (Angelina's house) and in about 200 m you will find a barrier across the road: the house is about 100 m ahead. It' s a nice walk of about 1 hour; you will be able to experience the landscape, the atmosphere and the scent of Vicenza's Berici Hills. We hope you'll enjoy it in every season .

Our Base is an old country mill. It has been refurbished and it is the last house at the bottom of the valley.
IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE A HOSTEL, it is just something more than a "barn".

The last 500m of the road are uneven. A barrier, 100 m before the house, prevents unauthorized vehicles from entering the valley. Guests are requested to keep the barrier always closed and to make use mainly of the parking place outside the bar. Near the house there is only one small parking place. The road must be always kept clear.
Our Association owns the fields and the woods with the green mark on this map. All other places are not allowed to be used.
